Lavish™ Lavenders are a gorgeous new Series of lavender, bred by Paradise Plants Australia, and distinguished by their brilliantly coloured flower heads and charming ruffled look. Their unique appearance comes from the graceful wings that cover the flower heads from top to bottom - whereas regular lavenders only have a few wings near the top of the flower. Lavish™ Blue is a piercing blue-lilac colour that makes the most wonderful contrast against the grey-green foliage.

Compact and wonderfully aromatic Lavish™ Lavenders are prolific bloomers that give exponentially more flowers the bigger they get. All this abundance and fragrance attracts a wide range of bees, butterflies and other beneficial insects and birds. Bred to withstand varied conditions in Australia, Lavish™ Lavenders are tolerant of drought, wind, coastal conditions, light frosts (once established) and moist conditions. They are ideal for cottage style borders, pollinator or picking gardens (although not suitable for cooking) and in containers at entranceways, or on the deck or patio. They prefer full sun and require very little irrigation, making them wonderful low maintenance plants, apart from an occasional trim to maintain shape and promote further flowering. Evergreen.
