Dwarf, easy care, Agapanthus 'Brilliant Blue' (syn. 'Little Blue Fountain') is sure to impress with its massed display of rich deep purple flowers, held on strong stems. On-going trials at Auckland and Christchurch Botanic Gardens, New Zealand, are testing many varieties of agapanthus for their seed set and potential as certified ‘low fertile’ selections. Ecopanthus™ 'Kath' is therefore deemed non-invasive and can be safely planted in areas where agapanthus is listed as a plant pest due to its ‘super-spreader’ environmental weed status. Ecopanthus™ 'Kath'  is a slender and dainty, dwarf selection with comparatively large, tubular, pale lavender to porcelain white flowers and super fine foliage. Easy to grow from division. Evergreen.
