Laurus 'Tuscan Tower' (syn. 'Flavour Master') is a columnar-shaped selection of the mighty bay tree, however a lot less imposing. Its strong vertical form makes it the perfect choice for a pyramidal topiary specimen, sentinels either side of an entranceway, or accents in a potager or herb garden. Leaves can be used fresh or dried, to add a distinctive tea-like flavour to slow cooked dishes. 'Tuscan Tower' is extremely cold hardy and, once established, wind and drought tolerant. Plant in well-drained soil in sun or part shade. Evergreen.
