Presenting as a tidy, compact, rounded shrub, Coprosma ‘Mini Mac’ is a natural selection of New Zealand native Coprosma. As with most Coprosmas, it is typically wind and salt-spray resilient but doesn’t take kindly to anything more than a light frost. It is a truly low maintenance, low water, requirement plant - ideal for coastal gardens and containers where it can be clipped into a perfectly tight, architectural, ball shape. Also looks fabulous juxtaposed with red and bronze coloured grasses and highly coloured, bold textured foliage. Plant in well-drained soil, in full sun, and protect from heavy frost. Trim to the desired shape annually, after the spring growth flush, to maintain a tidy, compact habit. Wind, coastal and dry tolerant, once established. Low maintenance plant. Evergreen.
