Ligularia’s golden girl was named by James Crawford after his late wife Britt-Marie, who discovered this variety growing in a plot in Fife, Scotland. Luscious leaves emerge in dark chocolate-Maroon tones, eventually fading to green while retaining purple undersides and stems.
