Deep reddish-purple foliage is extra broad and super glossy, with an elegant ascending habit, giving this Cordyline a distinctly, lush, tropical appearance. Large terminal flower heads appear in spring on mature plants, attracting birds, bees and other pollinating insects. Use as a garden or container specimen, focal point and fabulous colour contrast, or to impart a tropical effect on patio and deck areas. Plant in free draining soil, in sun or semi-shade, in a sheltered, frost-free position. Low maintenance plant. Evergreen.
