Ebony Leigh
LAVANDULA
With her rare dark coloured blooms and wonderfully fragrant flowers ‘Ebony Leigh’ is one of the new standout lavenders. 'Ebony Leigh' is a fabulous Lavandula angustifolia selection, with an upright, graceful habit, reaching to just under 1m high when in flower. The deep purple-black flowers, which are very unusual in Lavandula angustifolia varieties, mark ‘Ebony Leigh’ as a potential favourite amongst lavender connoisseurs. Flowers continue to bloom right through from the start of summer into early autumn. Bees and other pollinating insects flock to her highly fragrant flowers. A great addition to a cottage style border, pollinator garden, picking garden, or planted as a container specimen. Evergreen.
