Mystic Dahlias are a contemporary series from distinguished NZ breeder Dr. Keith Hammett. The series features a chic combination of dazzling blooms set against deep mahogany to black foliage, creating a distinctive style for modern gardens.  Mystic ‘Haze’ flowers share their colours with the first shades of sunset.  Their delicious apricot-orange tipped petals fade to a soft yellow crown around a dark, burnt red centre. Mystic Dahlias are low maintenance and, unlike older generation Dahlias, their strong upright stems do not require staking.  They are ideal for containers and garden beds, attracting bees and butterflies with their brilliant colours. They are also wonderful as cut flowers. For best growth and colour performance plant in full sunlight.
