The first known gold-foliaged Cercis! Add a stunning array of colour to your garden moving through purple, red, gold and green throughout the year. This wonderful native redbud displays a riot of color in early spring as brilliant lavender-purple blooms appear on bare branches. Spring foliage emerges red, maturing to gold; shaded leaves will be green. Large, heart shaped leaves are burn-resistant even in full summer sun.  Likes to be in full or partial sun.  Once established they need only occasional water, unless in extreme heat then a little more often.  Beautiful as a feature tree or group together as an informal hedge.
