Tibouchina 'Purple Moon' packs some punch with its brilliant purple blooms.  The intense colour combination of deep purple flowers set against the rich velvety green foliage makes for an eye-catching display from late summer right through to autumn and into winter in mild areas. Large, velvety red buds are an added feature of this Tibouchina. An excellent choice for striking containers as well as in garden beds and borders. Grows best in a sunny to semi-shaded, sheltered position, in free draining soil. Protect from frost and fertilise annually with slow release fertiliser.  Evergreen.
